On which devices can I play Truck Simulation 19?
For iOS devices: You can play the game on iPhone 6 or iPad Air or later with iOS 11.
For Android devices: You can play the game on all devices running an Android operating system version 7.0 or later, with a 2.0 GHz processor and with at least 2 GB RAM. -
My device meets the system requirements but is marked as incompatible device in the store. Why?
Truck Simulation 19 is an extensive game with a huge open world and very detailed 3D graphics. Therefore the app is only supported on devices with at least 2 GB RAM. We'll try to improve and optimize the app to support weaker devices in the near future.

I'm playing the game on an iPad 2 / iPhone 6. The game keeps crashing! Is the app broken?
No. Truck Simulation 19 requires 2 GB of memory to run smoothly. Try closing all background applications. If this doesn't help, restart your device and the app.

What happens if I uninstall the app from my phone or tablet? Will my profiles also be deleted?
If you are playing Truck Simulation 19 on an Android device, you will have the option of also deleting your profile data when uninstalling the game. Unfortunately, this is not possible on iOS.

Where can I buy your app?

What are Coins?
Coins are the games in-game currency. You receive Coins for every mission you play. You can use Coins to buy new trucks or to upgrade your trucks and expand your depots.

What are experience points (XP)?
Experience points (XP) represent the experience you gain with each cargo transport. The more transports you absolving, the more XP you'll receive. Once you have collected enough XP, your driver license will level up, unlocking new mission types.

What's the best way to start the game?
We recommend that you play the tutorial missions. Here you will learn how to drive, steer, hook a trailer and transport cargo to a certain destination.

What can I do in the main menu?
- 01: "My Jobs": Get contracts for deliveries. Play story missions and quick events or set the GPS in case you get lost.
- 02: "Garage": Uprgade, customize and maintain the trucks and trailers you own.
- 03: "Dealership": Buy new trucks or sell the ones you don't need.
- 04: "Company Management": Manage your drivers, send them on contract deliveries and expand your company into new territories.
- 05: "Profile": Customize your avatar and company logo. Unlock new player skills and bonuses for your company.
- 06: "Milestones": Track your progress and complete milestones to get fantastic rewards.
- 07: "Bank": Buy gold, unlock new DLCs and customization packs for your truck.
- 08: "Contacts and Links": Check contacts, links, and access all the important information you need.
- 09: "Exit": Return to main screen to change to a different profile or create a new one.

Can I change the game's controls?
If you don't like the default controls, you can change them in the options menu and choose between slider controls or steering wheel controls. You can change this setting in the options menu at any time. You can reach the options menu during a mission via the pause button in the top-left corner of the screen. Then tap on the optons symbol and scroll down to the Control Settings.

How do I control my truck?
You have these options to control your truck. You can select and change them in the options menu:
- Slider controls: Drag the slider at the bottom-left of your screen left or right to steer in that direction. The farther you pull the slider, the stronger your truck steering will be. Tap on the gas pedal button on the bottom right of your screen to drive forward. Tap on the brake pedal on the bottom right of your screen to brake or drive backward.

How do I hook up a trailer?
Drive backwards slowly until the suspension of the truck is located under the trailer and an icon pops up. Press and hold on to this icon until the actual hooking happens.

My truck is stuck. What can I do?
Tap in the middle of the screen, until the context menu appears. Tap on the exclamation mark in the triangle to get road assistance. Road assistance will refuel and repair your truck and take your truck to the nearest checkpoint.

My fuel tank is empty. What can I do?
Tap in the middle of the screen, until the context menu appears. Tap on the exclamation mark in the triangle to get road assistance. Road assistance will refuel and repair your truck and take your truck to the nearest checkpoint.

My truck is heavily damaged and I can't drive anymore. What can I do?
Tap in the middle of the screen, until the context menu appears. Tap on the exclamation mark in the triangle to get road assistance. Road assistance will refuel and repair your truck and take your truck to the nearest checkpoint.

My trailer is stuck and I can't drive with the trailer anymore. What can I do?
Tap in the middle of the screen, until the context menu appears. Tap on the x in the middle to unhook the trailer. Hook the trailer again and try to move the trailer. If this don't work, you can abort the mission and start a new mission.

What camera settings are there and how do I change them?
The camera settings can be changed via the camera icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. You can move the camera in external mode and cockpit mode by swiping your finger on the screen. To zoom in and out, spread two fingers apart (zoom in) or pinch them together (zoom out).
- 01: 360° camera: The camera is placed behind your truck and gives you a perfect overview. You can move this camera 360°.
- 02: Cockpit camera: The camera is placed on the pilot's seat in the cockpit and makes you feel like you're sitting in the pilot's seat yourself. You can move this camera.
- 03: Top-Shot camera: You see the truck from a 90° angle from above.
- 04: Roof camera: The camera is bound to the trucks roof (not movable), in driving direction.
- 05: Hood camera: The camera is bound to the trucks engine hood (not movable), in driving direction.
- 06: Wheel camera: The camera is positioned behind the wheels.

How do I get to the main menu?
In the top-left corner of the screen, there is a main menu icon. Tap this icon and you will return to the main menu, restart the missions or switch to the options menu (e.g. to change the controls).

Can I change trucks during a mission?
No, you can't do this. If you would like to change trucks, abort the mission, go to the main menu, select your garage, choose another truck to drive and start the mission again.

How do I use the air horn?
To use the air horn, just press and hold the screen below one of the two driving mirrors.

How do I activate the cruise control?
To use the cruise control, while driving, just tip next to the speed indicator in the low right corner. Then the words "cruise control" will apppear and your truck will hold its speed automatically.

How do I use the turning signal?
The turning signal is used by tipping twice, next to the edge of the screen you want to turn to (centric in height).

How do I start a mission?
In the Depot you see several trailers waiting for transport. Above each of the trailers you see informations regarding destination, approximate time to drive to destination fuel consumption and bonus points. Drive to one of the trailers of your choice and hook it to your truck. Now the mission is started and you can follow the navigation system to the destination.

How do I know where to drive?
During a mission, you can always look at the GPS on the minimap for orientation. The minimap is located in the middle of the upper half of the screen. -
Is it possible to change the colour of the GPS Line?
Yes, you can do that. Just enter the main menu, go to "Settings", and then "Gameplay Settings". There you can change the colour beneath "GPS Line Mode". When you change it to grey, the GPS-Mode is turned off.Is it necessary to refuel during a mission?
Yes, it is. While driving, your tank will empty over time. So you should always have an eye on your fuel gauge and look out for the next gas station if needed. Your GPS will help you with that. -
Does the driver need to take a rest?
Yes, if you're driving for a longer period of time your driver will get tired and will have to rest in a Motel eventually. -
What is a Company Hub?
A Company Hub is the first, most important base you build after unlocking a new region. It enables you to build common Depots across this section of the map. A Company Hub can only be constructed once per region. To build a Company Hub, first enter the main menu, then choose "Company Management". Then, tip on the factory symbol in the low right corner and choose a region. After that, select a city and build your Company Hub. -
What are Depots?
A Depot is the standard version of a base. Like a Company Hub, it provides missions and gives you the ability to fast travel to its location if needed. Building a Depot works just like a Company Hub. Look above for more information. -
How do I upgrade my Company Hubs and Depots?
To upgrade your bases, enter the main menu and tip on "Company Management". Next, select the factory symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen. Go to the relevant region, tip on a Company Hub or Depot and select the upgrade button, next to the upper right corner of the screen. Then you can buy the upgrade. -
How do I unlock new regions on the map?
Go to the main menu, choose "Company Management" and select a part of the map you can unlock, by paying in your favored currency. -
What is the Player Level for and how do I raise it?
The Player Level represents your gained experience in the game. It is raised through driving and the completion of missions. A higher Player Level allows you to unlock new achievements. -
What is the Truck Level for and how do I raise it?
The Truck Level raises over time through driving. It represents how long you spent driving this particular truck. The higher the level the more options you get for uprading your truck. -
What is the Company Level for and how do I raise it?
The Company Level raises when you completed enough missions. It is needed to build more and larger depots. -
Why are there regions on the map that cannot be unlocked?
These regions will be added to the game at a later date. -
What are Story-Missions and how can I start them?
Enter the main menu, go to "My Jobs", select a portrait on the map and click "Replay Mission" or "Start Mission", depending on your progress within the story. The early Story-Missions are also tutorials which help you to understand the most important functions of the game. There are 15 Story-Missions in total. In these you can collect bonus points and help your family to expand their truckage company. -
Can I save my game and how many savegames can I create?
When you start the app, the game will ask you to create a profile. There's a total of five profile slots, which you can return to at any point from the game to change your profile. The app constantly saves your progress, so no data is lost when you switch profiles, close the app or even if it crashes. -
How many trucks are there in the game?
In Truck Simulation 19, a total of 6 different trucks are available to you, all trucks comes with a day cab, midroof and raised roof cabin. -
Where can I find the game options?
Tap on the options icon in the top-right corner of the main menu to open the game options. Here you can adjust the music and sound volume and the language, and select a control type. You also have the option to view the FAQ and credits, and to connect to Facebook.
